On-Site Refuelling
On-site refuelling means the diesel comes to the machine. Instead of walking an excavator off a pad, or sending a driver and a ute full of jerry cans to the nearest service station, our truck arrives at your site and fuels the plant where it stands.
Fuel It runs on-site refuelling across South East Queensland for civil construction, earthworks, haulage, plant hire and generator fleets.

What it saves you
- Machine hours stay on the job. A machine walking to a bowser is a machine not earning. Refuelling in place removes that trip entirely.
- Nobody runs jerry cans. Manual handling of diesel is slow, spill prone and a genuine safety exposure. It also quietly consumes a labourer most mornings.
- Bulk pricing instead of retail. Fuel bought at a service station carries a retail margin on every litre.
- Fuel arrives on a schedule. Deliveries are planned around your program rather than triggered by someone noticing a gauge.
- Every litre is documented. You get a record of what went where, which is what makes reconciliation and job costing possible, and gives your accountant the per-litre detail a Fuel Tax Credit claim is built on.
What we refuel
- Excavators, dozers, loaders and graders
- Articulated dump trucks and tippers
- Rollers, compactors and pavers
- Piling and drilling rigs
- Truck and haulage fleets
- Standby and prime power generators
- Site tanks and bulk storage, topped up in the same run

How it works
- Tell us the site. Location, access, what plant is there and roughly what it burns.
- We agree a run. Weekly, twice weekly, or on call. Most sites settle into a rhythm quickly.
- We attend and refuel. Our operator works to a site safety plan and fuels the plant in place.
- You get the paperwork. Delivery documentation covering what was supplied and into what.
Access matters more than people expect. Tell us up front about site inductions, restricted hours, soft ground or anything that limits truck movement, and we will plan around it rather than discover it on the day.
Where we operate
We cover South East Queensland, including Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, Moreton Bay, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and the Scenic Rim. If your site sits at the edge of that, ask. We would rather give you a straight answer than have you plan around a guess.

Refuelling, or your own tank?
The two solve different problems, and plenty of customers run both.
On-site refuelling suits work that moves. Roadworks, staged civil projects, short duration jobs and anywhere plant is spread across a site. Nothing to install, nothing to remove at the end.
Your own tank suits a fixed base. If a fleet comes home to the same yard every night, storage on site is usually the better economics, and we keep it full with bulk diesel delivery. See self bunded diesel tanks to buy, or fuel tank hire if the job is short term.
Not sure which way to go? Tell us how the site runs and we will tell you honestly which one fits, including when the answer is that you do not need a tank.
On site, in the field
- Keeping the earthworks fleet moving at RD Williams, Rocklea
- Supporting BMD on the Serpentine Creek Road upgrade
- More projects in the field
